As many aspects of the food system’s sustainability occur between the production and distribution of foods, the importance of consumers as a primary driver for effectively integrating sustainability efforts cannot be forgotten. This Special Issue on “Adopting Sustainable Dietary Patterns: Effects of Food Labeling, Food Choices, and Eating Behaviors” presents data across relevant themes that aim to contextualize factors that can assist with the integration of one or more domains of sustainability in food choices and dietary patterns.
